1. Doberman puppy you will receive has undergone a thorough health examination by a veterinarian and has received all necessary vaccinations. Additionally, the puppy has been dewormed to ensure its well-being. We assure you that our puppies are in excellent health and are not affected by any infections or contagious diseases before they join their new families. Furthermore, we provide a guarantee that the puppy is free from any life-threatening defects for a period of 6 months from its birth date. In the unfortunate event that the puppy passes away within this timeframe due to a genetic defect inherited from its parent, we will replace the puppy according to the conditions outlined below. Please note that we cannot offer any further guarantees, as unforeseen circumstances can occur with living animals.

 

If a puppy exhibits any significant genetic or congenital abnormality, the following procedure will be followed: The defect must be evident within the first six months of the puppy's life. The buyer must inform the seller of the issue within two business days of the licensed veterinarian's diagnosis and provide two separate reports from unrelated veterinarians confirming the same problem. Once a replacement puppy of equal value becomes available, the seller will provide it to the buyer. If a puppy is found to have a defect, the buyer may choose to return the puppy or have it euthanized at their own expense, with the seller's permission, in order to qualify for a replacement puppy. No partial or full refunds will be issued.

 

To ensure the validity of the guarantee, the buyer must arrange for a licensed veterinarian to conduct a comprehensive examination of the puppy within 72 hours of its delivery. It is of utmost importance that the seller is promptly notified of the examination's outcome, either through email or phone. Failure to fulfill these requirements will lead to the cancellation of the guarantee.

 

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Doberman puppies receive regular preventive care, including, but not limited to, annual physical examinations conducted by a licensed veterinarian. It is important to adhere to the veterinarian's guidelines regarding vaccinations and de-worming.


2. In the event that the puppy passes away during the 6-month period, the Buyer will be obliged to cover the expenses of an autopsy in order to determine the cause. If it is determined that the cause is congenital, the Seller will promptly replace the puppy as soon as another one becomes available.

3. Regrettably this assurance excludes any liability for hip dysplasia and elbow issues, ligament injuries as well as Joint, OCD or OD complications, The cause of OCD is unknown. Numerous challenges often emerge due to external factors that are beyond our jurisdiction.

 

Certain disorders can be attributed to environmental factors. These include allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, entropion, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions that are not included in this guarantee.

Coccidia and Kennel Cough are not covered by this guarantee. These conditions are commonly observed in puppies that undergo shipping and are usually caused by bacterial infection. Kennel Cough is a self-limiting illness that resembles the common cold and requires time to resolve on its own. Full recovery is expected, and Kennel Cough is not considered to be life-threatening.

 

Any neglect, improper care, or lack of maintenance of the dog by the new owner is not encompassed by this health guarantee.

4. Under this guarantee, only replacement is offered. Refund is not provided.

5. The seller disclaims any responsibility for medical expenses that may arise. The buyer understands that owning a Doberman puppy necessitates veterinary visits and agrees to assume all financial obligations associated with such care.

6. We offer pet companion puppies without papers, and it is mandatory to have them spayed or neutered before they turn 18 months old.

7. The replacement puppy will be chosen through a joint decision-making process, ensuring that it possesses comparable qualities to the original puppy. It is important to understand that the replacement puppy may not come from the exact same parents as the original one.

8.This assurance is restricted to the primary buyer and is non-transferable to any other buyer or owner.

9.The buyer is obligated to never abandon or relinquish the puppy to an animal shelter, rescue group, or any comparable facility without first attempting to contact the seller/breeder to make alternative arrangements for the puppy. If, for any reason, the purchaser is unable to comply with the terms of this agreement in terms of providing a safe and secure home environment for the dog, the purchaser agrees to make an effort to return the dog to the seller/breeder, if feasible, so that a suitable replacement home environment may be found. If the puppy is registerable, ownership will be transferred to the seller/breeder, and health and shot records will be provided upon delivery of the puppy.

10. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Massachusetts
